Josef Theisen GmbH, which was founded in 1939, specialises in the business divisions „Construction Services”
and „Real Estate”.

Our services for public clients include the construction of pipelines as well as the execution of horizontal drilling
operations. In order to be able to offer the highest levels of quality, we have been a member of the German
Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water for many years.

Another core area is the planning, the construction and the management of commercial properties for foreign and
domestic customers. Since 1999 we have built a diverse array of office buildings and test centers for many
different European companies in the industrial estate at the Nürburgring.

Our extensive experience and our excellently qualified staff make us both a reliable and high-performance partner
